“Like many others, I have often wished that I could somehow find a way to make money in real estate. I have read a few books on real estate investing over the last few years, but have come away with the impression that successful investing in real estate requires significant capital and a good deal of luck. I have maintained an interest in real estate investing, but have associated successful investing with other people's efforts and not my own. This is where the Lucky 7 seminar has changed my entire attitude and outlook.

There were some primary differences between the Lucky 7 Seminar and the seminars I have attended. First and foremost was the sincere and honest attitude conveyed from the start. The three seminar speakers were each very candid and open about their intentions and their own experiences in real estate investing. There were no ideas conveyed to give the impression that successful real estate investing is anything but a result of hard work and personal effort. While some people might wish to hear otherwise, it is quite obvious that some effort is required and I found it very refreshing to hear the process explained in detail.

Other seminars detail many different methods of real estate investing in a short period of time. Each method is covered for only a short period of time and therefore the details of each method are not covered. The Lucky 7 seminar acknowledges that there are other methods to real estate investing, but covers one method in extreme detail. The entire investment process is covered very well with significant time spent on aspects of investing that other seminar only touch briefly. It is the focus on subjects like banking relationships, property management, taxes, and contracts that separate this seminar from others. Being able to walk away from this experience with tangible material in the form of example financial statements and contracts has made me realize its true value.

I eagerly recommend this seminar for anyone looking for a hands-on explanation of real estate investing. You will not be disappointed!”
