We had a lease purchaser that had already given us the down payment and wanted us to help them find a 4 bedroom 2 bath house. They found a house they liked and we made an offer that was accepted. The people moved into the house 2 weeks before we closed and gave us the down payment and first months lease payment 2 weeks before we owned the house! The bank financed 100% of this deal.
