Darrell Knoch (EDE Associates) has been an outstanding business executive and business activist in Chattanooga, Tennessee since 1988. He has held such positions as V. P. of Sales for Transcommunications, Inc. and Major Account Executive at WORLDCOM, INC. where he won numerous President's Club awards, Circle of Excellence awards, and a Sales Person of the year award. He has contributed his expertise in helping at the Chamber of Commerce and other civic and business organizations. He has also owned and managed a manufacturing company and software development company that he took national and international. He graduated in 1975 from Michigan State University with a degree in Music and a minor in Business. Darrell has been the managing partner of several real estate partnerships, which over the past seven years have purchased and sold or lease purchased over 350 properties. He has extensive knowledge of acquiring, renovating and lease purchasing properties. Darrell also has had over 30 years of experience in building in-depth relationships with several banks and has negotiated over $60,000,000 worth of loans.

Billy Weathers has been the Owner/Agent of REMAX Properties in Chattanooga, Tennessee since 1997. REMAX has 80+ agents and 12 support staff. Under his management, REMAX/Chattanooga achieved $250,000,000 in sales for the year 2006 and expects to top 270,000,000 in sales in the next year. Mr. Weathers has been a Top Agent, and Owner/Agent for other real estate agencies, such as Prudential RCR & Associates Realtors, Century 21 Realty, and other real estate offices here in Chattanooga since 1986. Mr. Weathers was the Owner/Manager of Gourmet Pizza Restaurant in Chattanooga from 1984 to 1987. He graduated from UTC at Chattanooga in 1984 with a degree in marketing. Billy has been an active member of several real estate partnerships that over the past seven years have purchased and then sold or lease purchased over 350 properties.

Blake Watson is a real estate investor and successful businessman in Chattanooga, TN. Blake has been an exceptional broadcasting and advertising professional for over 20 years in Chattanooga, Atlanta and Knoxville, working in radio and television for his entire career. Blake graduated with honors from the University of Georgia in 1987. His degree is in Advertising with a Business minor. As an advertising sales executive for the FOX television affiliate in Chattanooga since 2000, Blake has won numerous sales awards. In 2002, Blake became the first local sales executive in his company's history to sell more than $1 million in advertising in one year. Blake became a real estate investor in recent years after seeing the success of his future partners, Darrell and Billy. After watching from the sidelines, Blake entered into a real estate partnership with Darrell and Billy, learning the lease/purchase system from them and buying houses with them. After learning the system, Blake began buying houses on his own and now holds over $4 million in real estate, including raw land for future development. Blake's real estate success continues to grow, thanks to the systems taught in the Lucky 7 Seminars.
